Astrology, the science of keeping us Blind !
Many centuries for now, Astrology has led men in wrong directions, and simply men have kept faith on them and followed them, losing their way. It has been perceived and in fact, has become a kind of faith something similar to a religion, rather than being seen as a science.
This has not happened overnight. If civilization dates back to 4500 B.C., so does astrology. It has been proved that Egyptians built their pyramids, only after taking into heads, the positions of the Sun, Moon, Planets, Stars , Constellations and all named, unnamed celestial bodies. It will not be centuries before our fellow men start designing their toilets based on the position of stars. It may well happen within our lifetimes.
Today, we all wake up to read our daily fortunes in newspapers, televisions, and even on the web. Most of the social networking sites have started to feature them. One day, when i stepped into one of these sites, my fortune for the day read, "You will be slapped by a girl today. Better avoid them." Even worse, one said "The one who used to writs your fortune is dead. Please pray for his soul". What a non-sense. Some say to wear me a red dress with flowery design to go for a funeral. It is really sad to see, some of the educated mass too, fall into this trap.
All major decisions regarding life are taken only after consulting astrologers, who claim them to be one more Jesus, a son of God having super powers. They prescribe cures, draw plans for a house and a hell lot. I wonder, one day all engineers and doctors are going to lose their jobs to this idiotic mass. Be it Job application, marriage, house construction, education for kids, business proposals, etc., starts with a consultation to these so-called super-humans. Only after these divine creatures give their nod, something happens. When they say NO, it is taken as a word from the mouth of God. As a result the following mob, never live their lives. They hand it over o a fool, who never knows what is his role in the world. his life goes a waste, so does the followers' too. And the real worry is that, the number of this divine astrologers and their insane followers, keep increasing day by day.
As my heading goes, Astrology keeps you blind, not by shutting our eyes, not by removing the black and white balls, but by cutting the light and by keeping us in the shade. Step out of this shade into the light, you will see your life !
